How it works
A plan earns its way forward. Each step produces something you can check, and three of them can stop the plan outright.
Each answer produces something real: evidence of demand, the gap you close, a list of actual customers, your advantage, an inventory of the work, and the risks. The last question asks what it would take for the business to run without you.
Build it or buy it. Both paths are compared side by side, on evidence, before either one gets a plan.
You name your Owner Floor: the work only you should do, the part customers actually pay for. Everything above the floor is a candidate for AI. Nothing below it is.
The plan has to pass before anything gets built. A plan that fails here costs you an afternoon instead of a year.
The plan never closes. It becomes a standing scoreboard, scored on your Owner Intervention Rate: how often the business still needs you to step in. That number is supposed to fall.
